I felt totally at ease on my visit from arriving at reception to when I left. I was treated with respect and kindness by all staff. Dr Parmar listened to my problems and carried out his examination with utmost professionalism. I came away feeling all my questions had been answered and that I had been given excellent advice. I cannot think of any way that my experience could have been improved. Well done to all and to the NHS which I believe is full of caring and dedicated professionals!

Only my 1st appointment with this doctor and he was very calm & kind. Tho I hope i don't have to see TOO much of him obviously!

i arrived at the appointment with fear and intrepidation I was put at ease by doctor as soon as i met him he assured me that by the end of the appointment i would have a answer to my problem he was true to his word and i was dealt with great care through out my time there You hear horror stories in the press about the NHS but in all my 61 years (not been in hospital /had appointments very much ) but every time i have needed to call on the NHS i have had no problems at all Keep up the good work - i walked away from my appointment happy and without anything to worry about after completing all the tests

I was made to feel relaxed and comfortable. Kept informed of all that was happening. I was seen promptly and everything was explained clearly.

The medical side of my appointment was slick and well arranged, however the reception staff were very slow at booking people in. This is because a fairly young lady was working and doing her best whilst an older lady was very efficient at doing nothing. She continually moved piles of paper from one side to the other and regularly as a queue formed managed to avoid helping out by moving away or engaging other staff in conversation. My suggestion would be to review the admin staff and see where they could be improved.
